Pricing for services is agreed upon prior to service delivery.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed terms 
• Late payments may result in suspension of services 
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing 

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear instructions and necessary access to systems 
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations 
• Supervising and approving work performed by assigned personnel 

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and take reasonable steps to protect it.

Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access provided to our team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTO Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three (3) months.

We strive to provide consistent and reliable service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control.

By contacting us, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your inquiry or services.

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

Either party may terminate services with prior notice as agreed upon.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
